The Hebrew term for New Year is, as we know : Rosh HaShana; literally: the "Head" of the Year. Are we describing the year metaphorically as being built like a human body, with a head, a heart, arms and legs?
Or maybe it describes our relationship to different stages, seasons and periods and maybe it means that it could be helpful to start the year with "our" head; to reflect on what has been going on, on what we would like to change (שינוי) or what we would like to do again (משנֶה)
We wish you all a wonderful, peaceful and sweet year of health, growth, creativity and happiness.
