Dear Family and Friends,

Tomorrow, we'll read about the Tabernacle, the temporary Sanctuary of the Desert.

This raises the question about the possibility of confining Divine Providence into human dimensions, or maybe it challenges us to perceive and establish spirituality within ourselves and in our relationship with others, not in Heaven.

Shabbat Shalom and Hodesh Tov to all

Seventy faces to Tora, so definitely a nice and humane interpretation. But historically, in fact, Ancient Judaism did follow suit and like all nations and religions it conceived a temple to indeed 'house' the Shechina in it.

Indeed so, my dear friend and "landsman", but weknow that at least since our Sages, Judaism evolved and instead of a Temple, we have houses of gathering (בתי כנסת)
and houses of learning (בתי מדרש)
Shabbat Shalom
