לבני משפחתנו, חברותינו וחברינו
היקרים,
לפני הכניסה לארץ ישראל, שלושת המנהיגים הגדולים של
דור המדבר, שהובילו את תהליך השחרור והאמינו בו גם ברגעים הקשים, ימותו. מחר נקרא
על מותם של מרים ואהרון. לכל אחד משלושת מנהיגים אלו היה תפקיד סמלי ייחודי בתהליך
השחרור. יחד עם זאת, שלושתם ליוו את המסע הארוך במדבר, בו בני ישראל לא היו
מסוגלים עדיין לקבל אחריות על החירות; ההגנה, המן והמים ייצגו את התלות המוחלטת
שלהם בחסדי האל.
אולי הכניסה לארץ המובטחת
דורשת בשלות ואחריות אישית וקולקטיבית, בלי הסתמכות על מנהיגות כריזמטית

Dear Family and Friends,
Before entering the Promised
Land, the three great Leaders of the Desert; Miriam, Aharon and Moshe, who
believed in Redemption and Liberation in the most difficult times will die.
About the death of two of them (Miriam and Aharon) we'll read tomorrow. Each of
them had a specific symbolic role in the process of liberation, but all three
of them also reflect the long journey of the Desert, where the people of Israel
wasn't able to assume the responsibility of freedom and therefore was entirely
dependent on Heavenly protection, Food and Water.
Entering the Promised Land
may require maturity, more individual and collective responsibility, without
relying on charismatic leadership.
