בני משפחתנו, חברותינו וחברינו היקרים,
אם מתבוננים ברצף הפרשות יתרו, משפטים ותרומה, נוכל אולי לחשוב על פרוגרמה דתית-אתית המציגה את חשיפת העם, בשלב מוקדם של התתפתחות לאירוע ספקטקולרי, כאשר מודיעים לו לאחר מכן שההתגלות היא בתיקון האדם והחברה, כאן על פני האדמה, ואז יש אפשרות ל"שכינה", שהיא רחמים ( מלשון רֶחֶם מכילה ומצמיחה) בעולם.

If you look at the sequence of Torah sections Yitro, Mishpatim and Terumah we are reading, we may discover that they suggest a very challenging agenda.
Starting with a spectacular event of Revelation on Mount Sinai, we discover in "Mishpatim" that the real revelation happens here on earth, if people find the way to create a just and caring society. Following this, there is room for Divine Presence (Shechina), Rachamim- Empathy in this world
