After the flood, we read that Noach 'planted a vineyard. And he drank of the wine, and was drunken'. Wasn't he aware of the consequences of drinking wine, or was it a post-traumatic reaction?

If so, maybe he found it difficult to adjust to the new world "after the Flood" and maybe he also felt guilty to be one of the only survivors, especially, since he never argued with G!d about His decision to destroy the Old World.

I guess that adaptation to a New world after the Old one has been destroyed is never easy.

Shabbat Shalom to all
